Dear Mr. Tom Brosz - The "MEd" is a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling, awarded to me by the University of Texas in 1997. I am a graduate counselor.

I have been found only to have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), resulting from mind control weapons attacks upon my person in 1977, when I was a futurist at Stanford Research Institute and Principal Investoigator of the proposed 1977 Carter White House Extraterrestrial Study. These 1977 (probably micro-wave mind control) attacks occured after I left a meeting with an Assistant Secretary of Defense, at the Pentagon, are now legally documented and part of my Affidavit as a Disclosure Project Witness.
