If we're so risk adverse that we won't risk a manned HST repair mission in LEO then why are we even talking about manned Lunar and Mars exploration?

Blame coward politicians, the corrupt legal system and/or the MSM. It's clear the system is broken. We have got to fix this or we'll end up permanently trapped on this rock.
