I'm sorry that these people are fleeing the nation in disgust at how awful we are. I certainly hope they're happier in some enlightened nation like the Netherlands, where they're burning mosques in response to the murder of a filmmaker. Number of mosques burned in America after 9/11? Zero.

Or France, currently killing innocent civilians in Africa. Maybe Spain, currently in the Court of Human Rights for its own torture cases.

The idea that America is not good enough for them, compared to European nations,of all places, makes me want to puke.

It's fashionable today to assume that pretty much every place on Earth is morally superior to America, despite all the objective evidence going the other way.

Wish them good luck. They can live in moral splendor in one of the many wonderful countries whose prime occupation seems to be spitting on the one nation that has spend blood and gold keeping the monsters off their necks for the past half century.
