I'd bet a lot of these defense attorneys are already signing book deals. You can bet your bottom dollar that Saddam is ready to play this for all that it is worth, knowing the media will hang on every syllable and expression, and that everything he says will be transmitted to his admirers around the world.

There's a lot of days I wish he had put up a fight like his sons, and ended up the same way.
