The judge will set the courtroom etiquette.
It will depend on [probably] him.
That will not prevent incessant interviewing, still shots of courtroom sketches, post-testimony interviews, etc. etc. It won't prevent book deals and courtroom dramatics, either.
I, too, expect the jury to be somehow sequestered. Further, I would hope that their families are taken to some secure location during the trial.
