But don't get on too high a horse there. Remember Trudeau giving the finger to a bunch of protestors, or Chretien putting one in a headlock. Neither were moments of sterling leadership. What do those episodes say about the Canadian govt's attitudes toward dissent?
But I agree with your sarcastic assertion. Though I appreciate what W seems to have done for NASA, the only other positive thing I can currently say about his second term is that it'll be his last.
