Come on, Tom - Vermont's budget is barely 1% of Canada's, and as I said, State or Provincial budgets are a lot different that national ones.
But you're still evading my original message: you have someone at the helm of your country who can barely speak intelligibly in many instances. In other instances he can't at all. This doesn't give me (and many others around the world, including a lot of Americans) confidence in his leadership abilities.
I know, you don't care if I have confidence or not...
