So by that logic...
All the junkets by Bush, Rumsfeld, et al, to Iraq (or flights to a carrier in a jet) were a grandstanding waste of money that could have been better spent on other things. Like, say, armour for military vehicles.
And not all world leaders are as hated as Bush, so they don't need nearly same the level of protection.
