The tsunami victims don't need visits from western leaders
All those visits do is drain resources for security that are better used for delivering critically needed aid. Every helicopter, every security detail, every resource that would be spent on providing protection for the "world leaders" is a waste. In the end, it's getting the aid into the hands of those who need it that counts - sooner rather than later.
