If you have DEM software, you can download the DEM for Mars from the MOLA site. I use ER Mapper to visualise things. I think it can do contours but I usually just use 3D sunshading and colour gradient for elevation.
If you get the full dataset, you can do whatever you like with it and zoom into the area of interest. Unfortunately, I don't have it live on my desktop right now...
