That worries me, as it seems like a widespread outlook. Makes my blood run cold, actually. I'm not sure I believe you.
Personally, I wouldn't enjoy shooting a rabid dog that had bitten me. I would do it, but not happily. A human being would be even more troubling, no matter what they had done.
I don't believe that any life should be taken away lightly, never mind in a spirit of "fun".
