"What the hell are PDS rules"
Almost all space missions run to the same principle
the data is held with the scientists who designed, built and control the intsruments for a period of 6-12 months after receipt to allow for calibration and analysis.
It is then published to the PDS for the scientific community and the general public to enjoy. This gives the scientists time to make the findings and theories to which they are rightly entitled after working on the instruments.
The same is true of every space mission.
In this instance, from Sols 1-90, data has been released, and 90-180 is due before the end of the month. It will then be released in roughly 90 sol chunks about every 3 months.
f.w.i.w ( but you wont bother looking as you're just a spitefull moron) there are a total of 120 data products for APXS and Mossbauer for the first 90 sols of Spirits mission.
Go look at them, and do some science, instead of hanging around here calling people Nazi's.
