Like a good little NASA NAZI that you are, you follow the rules, the rules say the public can't have data that they paid for, then the public doesn't get that data.
The rules say that you persecute freedom of speech, then you persecute freedom of speech. J. Edgar Hoover was a queer. LBJ shot JFK. The commies won in Vietnam. GWB stole the election. Saddam Hussein had no WMDs. Mars is covered with fossils. NASA is conspiring to withold spectroscopy data from the taxpayers.
