re: Nothing is Holy, eh?

Yeppers. Nothing is Holy. Well excepting perhaps some worm eaten books and the knees on old jeans.

Oh, the universe indeed is vastly more complex than I can ever prossibly begin to explain. I, and anyone else, will only ever be able to explain a finite overview of an infinite process. And I do not think there was nothing at the beginning...you see there never was a beginning. And there will be no end to it either. Nothing does not exist. It is a conceptualization. All space is infinitely filled with energy. Energy cannot be created and cannot be destroyed. It is infinite.

Amazingly, everytime I mention the word infinite, people cannot fathom such a thing. They keep wanting to put points of demarcation on it. But infinite truly is infinite. The birth of stars and planets and their eventual destruction is part of this morphing and recycling of energy.

It is not nihilistic in nature at all. It is quite the opposite. Unlike some scientists' big bang or the religionists' creationism, I realize that the universe never had a beginning and also that it will never end. Galaxies, stars and planets will come and go, only to find themselves regenerated into new forms and new expressions of energy.

Once we learn more of that which we are composed, energy, we will see that the tiny atom and its quantized fields are reproduced and evidenced at infinitely varying scales. Spectaular? Magnificent? Unending and infinite? You bet!
