The lack of an indictment is pretty clear in a case such as this.
He was blackmailed a few years back by a woman who claimed to be his out-of-wedlock daughter. I believe the young lady was arrested for blackmail, but I also believe that Cosby went out of his way to have her treated very lightly by the law. My impression is that she was his daughter.
That said, I agree. Cosby ahs been and is one of the classiest guys in this country. When his son was brutally murdered in cold blood, he handled it better and with more dignity than anyone else I know of in pubic life. He has balanced his politics and his entertainment very effectively, imho.
I look forward to seeing and hearing him whenever the opportunity appears.
