Desperate effort. A sign things are getting better.
Pray tell, Mission Accomplished was 2 years ago, and conservatives claim Iraq it on track, the news is all good, the insurgent casualties exceed the insurgent manpower, and there are great signs of winning, such as complaining about Human Rights abuses.
(A wonderful sign of victory, by the way. Yep, you can tell the insurgency is over by the governments Human Rights abuses.)
Why is it dragging out so much, then. If this was the plan, why not tell the American people before hand.
And if this isn't the plan, why not admit that?
Rhetoric. We know the answers, don't we?
Predictions:
The CIA will determine the next Prime Minister of Iraq,
that person has been and will be on the CIA payroll, and
conservatives will scream their guts out about the triumph of democracy, conservative style. (They have a screwy view of democracy, don't you think?)
I'm out on a limb.
