The White House denied saying any such thing, and I seriously doubt that Rumsfeld and the military thought we could take the nation of Iraq with no casualties. So I guess it depends on whether or not you think Pat Robertson is an oracle of facts and truth or not. I suppose there's a first time for everything.
And I've noted you haven't seemed to have any trouble believing that a "man of God" can lie.
