A judge and a lawyer working for the special tribunal that will put Saddam Hussein on trial have been shot dead, Iraqi officials revealed today.

Clearly people like this do not want "due process". What they deserve is a bullet in the back of the head, which is EXACTLY the "due process" that they mete out to others. Under current circumstances in Iraq, the Iraqi government does not have the time or resources for "due process" for terrorists. Just instant death.
