Liberals Creed - who needs the political process when we've got the courts!

There's no need to care about public opinion when 5 justices can make any law they want with the stroke of a pen. Think of the money we could save by eliminating all those messy elections and getting rid of all forms of legislatures. All we need to do is turn over everything to unelected, unaccountable judges.
