I'm not the one advocating tyranny of the judges
Perhaps I didn't make my sarcasm clear - it isn't me that's throwing out the Constitution. It's the judges who're making law, throwing out law, and subverting the electoral process.
As Scalia said, "I'm not opposed to change. If you want change, do it through the democratic process."
For liberals, they know they can get their plans via the democratic process. That's why the battle over court nominees is so bitter for them.
