I'd say they're still doing ok....
The "private sector" almost counted coup d'etat on him a few years ago. Being that he's the kind of survivor they selectively breeded (see previous post) for the position, he survived it. I don't think he's a fool. He'll keep the oil flowing in our direction, but from a nationalized oil company.
