I say that I do not favor redistribution of wealth any more than you do. And this is completely not a question of which system is better.
I say it is a problem caused by corruption and poverty and lack of education. Your plans all depend on there being no corruption and on leadership being willing to address poverty and lack of education. Your plans are fantasies.
