re: a sworn affadavit. If this is true
Then it seems to me that the person that is being talked about is (was) in reality ALIVE.
A dead person can not behave in this manner, at least in my opinion.
7. "Terri's medical condition was systematically distorted and misrepresented. When I worked with her, she was alert and oriented. Terri spoke on a regular basis while in my presence, saying such things as "mommy," and "help me." "Help me" was, in fact, one of her most frequent utterances. I heard her say it hundreds of times. Terri would try to say the word "pain" when she was in discomfort, but it came out more like "pay." She didn't say the "n" sound very well. During her menses she would indicate her discomfort by saying "pay" and moving her arms toward her lower abdominal area. Other ways that she would indicate that she was in pain included pursing her lips, grimacing, thrashing in bed, curling her toes or moving her legs around. She would let you know when she had a bowel movement by flipping up the covers and pulling on her diaper."
Furthermore, and making the judgment only on the above information, since she is (was) allowed to die by refusing to supply her with the necessities of life, it has become clear that the US medical and justice system will turn a blind eye on various human actions, such as not supplying the necessities of life to individuals that can not assist themselves, also I would expect that assisted suicide will be considered legal.
From this point onward, it will be very easy to consider the VALUE of human life as the persons ability to do something useful. Conversely, it will also be very easy to consider the people that can not do something useful (to the mother land) as worthless and therefore their existence as useless, under such reasoning their elimination could be justified.
I sincerely hope that the human "value judgment" does not succumb to such a low level.
Have a good Easter 2005
