To answer your questions, without really getting into it (ad nauseum),
here goes:

WRONG. I was alluding to corporate mergers within our own country allied with the DOD that may have had an opportunity for this....just a theory.

NO, because all I wanted to show was the article about the technology.
I didn't read the blog, and as one astute poster noted, you got me by guilt through association. Obviously, other posters see me as a little less evil and know more of my personality than you do,........ oh philosophic wonder.
I could have cut and pasted it, but then without the link, it would have been against board rules.
