From Webster:
Main Entry: pseu·do·sci·ence
Pronunciation: "sü-dO-'sI-&n(t)s
Function: noun
: a system of theories, assumptions, and methods erroneously regarded as scientific
Nothing about proven false, here, at all.
From your text, Lindy's page certainly is pseudoscience because it pretends to show a scientific proof, which it does not.
Agreed that Levin's theories are not pseudoscience, since he has at least some data that agrees with his theory. And since he has proposed a clever and legitamate test to verify or prove false his thesis.
When you claim there is mounting evidence for your "theories", then it is pseudoscience. When you refer to it as unsubstantiated postulation [that doesn't make very much sense, and seems to have no math whatsoever behind it], then it is not.
