"Easiest"
Too much bother.
The bastards keep switching URL's at the basic domain level and it's a permanent chore updating the list since none of my ad-blockers and none of my browsers recognise that I might want to right-click on a swf and block it in the way I can block a jpeg or other image from ad-servers.
In addition, I have to do this on 2 machines - my laptop when I'm in the client's office and my desktop at home. Each time I come back from an ocerseas assignment, the ads are back!
