My answers to your questions.
Who is God? God is the creator of space, mass, and energy.
What is he like? Unknown, but suspect that he is whatever he/she/it wants to be.
What does he want? After creating space, mass, and energy, perhaps he wants to know what else can be created with those ingredients.
Where is the evidence? Space, mass, and energy can be scientifically proven to exist, if those ingredients were created, then there must be a creator.
