Big Error
The war was justifiable solely by Saddam's refusal to abide by the truce terms of the previous war. Clinton's failure to act effectively on this issue as with Al-queida did not bind future administrations to weak posturing as well. His lack of complience is precisley why evidence that is now suspect was more believable in context with Saddam's history. Those paragraphs were highly relevant. The fact that so many Democrats don't get that is exactly why they don't belong back in charge.
