Thousand of Americans have died inside our borders and thousands more fighting the war on terror. Those sacrifices deserve more than stupid debate tricks. Who we vote for and what policies we promote can impact lives. I'm sick and tired of people debating serious issues with blinders on and ignoring significant problems with their stances. I don't like war, but I'm afraid the bridge can never be crossed between those that think war can be justified and those that don't. I'm also afraid that Bush's manifest faults on many issues blinds many to the fact that he could be right on this one.
I'm not at all happy with the current administration, but am far more unhappy with the previous one. In both cases it stems from over use of rose colored glasses and unwillingness to face hard truths. I will absolutely not tolerate the kind limp foreign policy Clinton practiced ever again in a national politician I vote for. I would rather see a President that tries and fails than one that is too scared to try anything. You can learn from mistakes. You can't learn much from inaction that you haven't already learned by practicing it for decades.

Mark
