Forgot about that one...

Hi LJK

Very informative indeed. I tend to go to the Internet Stellar Database, but Sol Station is damn cool.

So with those figures - nice that mine is right in the middle - we get the following...

L = 0.0124, T(BB) = 907 K, T(S) = 641 K, T(0.5) = 539 K

(BB) - black body plate, (S) - black body sphere, (0.5) - 0.5 albedo

...so the subsolar temperature is a nasty 666 C.

Hmmm... should Gliese 876d be called Hades?
