They sure aren't in other blue states.
Carry permits and use regulations are stricter in many blue states. Guns themselves are not illegal to own or to use.
But sure, go ahead: believe. I understand that Mr. Rove has made another ex cathedra announcement about the moral virtues of conservatives and the moral turpitude of liberals. Better listen to him.
