Boy Scouts

The BSA organizations seem to be fading away due to the advent of more and more organized youth sports. My kids had a short stint in the Cub Scouts and did not particularly enjoy it.
Due to the practices and events of organized sports there are many conflicts with scout activities and it seems that scouting is becoming a nitch for kids that do not participate in team sports.
BSA is a fine old tradition but they have not kept up with the times.
