If you could make the slightest realistic case that the support of a military base for a Boy Scout Jamboree is in some way the government acting to "establish a religion," you might have a point.
This "zero tolerance" crap is getting old, and the Left isn't fooling anyone as to its actual motivations.
Odd that we never see the ACLU swooping down when Native Americans insist on the right to control government-owned land because some ancient god ate lunch there once.
