Thene you use your unusual mental filters to misread the English language of the CAPS studies.
Finally, you all get together and confirm yourselves in your delusions.
When challenged to presnet those delusions anywhere else besides a place where you can do that, you chicken out.
If you want to debate CAPS, then contact the Langley PAO for the CAPS study, then write up your detailed criticism of it, and send it to the CC. Others more qualified than myself will then respond.
