You've been pimping the concept for months - surely you must know exactly why it's such a good idea to want to promote it so much - your answers should be instant and case-making.

How about 1 week. You can have 1 week to gather your thoughts and tell us all why you so strongly support the concept of man tended observatories on the moon to discover NEO and other impact threats.

If you cant provide a water tight argument for your case in that time - then you have no case, the issue is closed and the whole chapter can be put to bed, safe in the knowledge of what we know all along...you're full of shit :)
