Sure.

After all, that's what Chris Matthews and the other Party sycophants have been pumping out for years, along with hymns to the brilliance of The One.

Almost everything people know about Obama's intelligence, or Bush's for that matter, consists of watching the media point to one or the other and say "Wow! Isn't he smart/dumb?"

Another view here.

I'll just let the "nobody hated Bush" remark lie this time. More hyperbole or poetic license, I suppose.
