Questions arise, particularly from the wave nature of light. For example:
1. Is gravity a phantom force, induced by the wave-particle duality of light? Does that explain the equivalence of accelerating reference frames, such as gravitational fields, accelerating spaceships, and rotating barrels, in which observations are dependent on an exchange of photons (special relativity)?
2. If a photon is a wave with an infinite spatial spread, how can it transfer 100% of its energy when absorbed by a discrete molecule. Is there a loss? Is there a time delay while the photon reconstitutes itself from its far-flung fringes? Do photons cannibalize their neighbors for this process?
All stuff I don't know.
Off Topic » in reply to I think you have an interesting hypothesis, but let's approach it from a different angle shall we
It raises questions I think, about a quantum theory of gravity, but not religion
