There is no objective evidence, anywhere, that any specific action by the President would have changed anything, even given the ridiculous notion that somehow there were commands that Bush could only have given from Washington.

Are you aware that Air Force One is equipped to allow the President to fight a nuclear war? Who do you think was out of his reach all that time?

When Bush declared a Federal emergency in Louisiana, at the governor's request, on Saturday, August 27th, where was he?

When Bush called and appealed to the governor of Louisiana for a mandatory evacuation of New Orleans, on Sunday, August 28th, where was he?

When Navy ships and helicopters were deployed to the area on Tuesday, August 27th, where did the authorizations come from?
