If you had reasonably-priced, frequently-running mass transit, with wireless capability, and a laptop, would you sit and surf and let someone else drive?

I ask because I used to get a lot of work done on the bus, even with its stop and go, if I had a 20-minute trip. Now I drive. And I can do nothing but drive and listen to the radio. It strikes me as time wasted.
