If he had done his job instead of ignoring repeated terrorist atackts on Americans, including the WTC, we would have not had 9/11. Clinton failed to deal with the terrorist, so we are having to deal with them now.
When Clinton came in, the economy was growing. He was given a growing economy. Clintons left the office with a falling economy. So he was handed a growing economy and he left a falling economy.
Had it not been for the growing internet economy (That busted on his watch) and companies lying to their shareholders (Like Enron) that happened on his watch) Clinton would have had a falling economy long before he left office. Clinton failed to do anything about the Economy, and President Bush had to fix it.
Face it, Clinton spent his years in the White House like he was at a country club or a frat party. He didn’t do much and he ignored a lot. And President Bush has had to fix many of Clinton’s failings.
I will give Clinton this. He is doing a lot of good now. Like Carter, he was a lousy president but a good humanitarian.

Don’t get me started on Clinton.
