You got that part right. That you evidently consider it a mark against the Quakers says a lot about RightWingers, doesn't it?
You keep drawing distinctions between the Right and other groups, yet some of those groups you despise occupy the moral high ground as far as I'm concerned. You may think you're making the Right look better by comparison, but to those of us who respect the principles of people like the Quakers, you only confirm the moral bankruptcy of the Right.
Not the Quakers are perfect, and not all Quakers live up to their own standards. I'll bet when challenged to name the most notorious Quaker in history, most people will think of Richard Nixon. See what happens when a RightWinger repudiates the Quaker philosophy?
