You didnt explain that phrase - it makes no sense.
They both continue to rise, at a remarkable rate.
I'm still trying to figure out why Iraq was invaided at all. If it was about 'liberating' a country, there's quite a few that need 'liberating' before Iraq.
It was a grudge match with Oil for the victory. Nothing more.
