From what I have seen, we don't look bad to the Iraqis.
Canadians may look down on us, but the Iraqis don’t. No offence, Canada, but shouldn’t Iraqis opinion count more, since this is about them.
While it is true, most Iraqis would like us to leave as soon as we can, they are very grateful we freed them from Saddam. An old grade school friend of mine is there right now and stationed near Baghdad. He said most Iraqis he has encountered do express their gratitude to the troops. I have a cousin over there that says similar things.
