Would you understand a formula that explains the interrelationship of mass and energy?

I could give you my ideas on that subject, and I could include a formula that pertains to the above mentioned interrelationship.

You must understand however, that such discussions are not allowed on this board.
The moderator seems to consider all unproven speculation as pseudoscience and therefore subject to deletion, or at least relocation.
