Bush has created an environment that is attracting the terrorist, and it is pulling them to a place where our military can fight them.
Most of these terrorist were terrorist before the Iraq War. Considering how many our solders have killed, I would say there are less today than there were before 9/11.
Speaking of which, still no terrorist’s attacks on US soil since 9/11. Why? Because they fighting us in Iraq with everything they got.
