I knew there was a cover corporation but didn't remember the details. The name of Plame's cover corporation was Brewster Jennings and some of the things I've read and heard is that it's mission was uncovering nuclear proliferation. A few things I read today did not put them in Africa but worldwide so I erred on that part. I have no way of knowing Plame's involvement in this supposed corporation or how deeply undercover she was. The one side seems to claim she was a major operative and the other makes her out to be next to worthless. What I do know is that somehow the White House staff made it a priority to coverup the outing of Plame and that tends to lead me to the fact that they knew their actions would look wrong.

Bottom line though is that Fitzgerald isn't finished. He has a brand new grand jury going and we haven't seen the result of court action against Libby yet. I heard an insider say the other day that Fitzgerald told them his target was Cheney but who knows the validity of that. I've heard multiple sources say that what has transpired so far has fit Fitzgerald's mode of operation in that he rarely goes for the top up front but tends to circle around the peripheral hitting the lowly associates in order to build a slam dunk against the main target. They've also said the man is a Boy Scout and his integrity is unimpeachable.

Who knows the outcome but it'll certainly be interesting.
