You gave a legal opinion. Don't know if anything is "obvious" or not. There are many reasons why there may be no indictment, and of course one of them (and obviously, the only one you will be able to discern) is that no crime was committed. I gave you a contrary opinion about the legality of the Plame outing from a pretty smart guy in the justice dept. Disregard it if you like.
Dunno where you got your brilliant legal opinion that the reason for no indictment is that there is no crime committed. Sure sounds like right-wing slant though. Share your source if you don't want me to speculate what your source was.
