In finding the answer to that one Larry you will see Bush is in fact in violation of the Law and legal opinion is a dime a dozen. Let us investigate this and if it is somehow magically legal fine...but I seriously doubt it and I seriously then wonder why we have courts at all when our King George is so right.

I'm also not buying who says it is legal...I.E. you dragging out fossils from the Clinton era! That just is plain tired out, Larry. The folks who over see this FISA and made this FISA think BUSH VIOLATED the LAW and want to INVESTIGATE HIM. Both Repubs and Democrats! Get a clue you are not sweeping this under the rug!
