Software-wise, dunno. But in general...
...where I work it is the policy for everyone to leave their PCs powered on, but logged out of the network, overnight and over the weekend. NT admin performs (theoretically, anyway) all updates while the employees are home. You could easily sneak a backup of some kind in there.
For those who have laptops and docks, then a human has to set up an appointment to get physical access to the PC. Could do a backup then.
