PS. to the above...I really need the user to have no idea that he is being backed-up...

I seriously don't plan on doing anything malicious with this...I swear! As I said, there are a couple of users that we think may attempt to "stick us" by destroying critical company files shortly before announcing that they are leaving...I just need to protect my employer as much as possible. These are company owned computers logging into a company owned network.
